Refunds
Refunds are not eligible once orders have been shipped and processed.
To request a refund, you can contact us at hello@papermintystudio.com or on Instagram @papermintystudio If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 10 days to make a claim to your order after delivery, we cannot accept claims after 10 days.
